The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.
