A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven't given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that's not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It's now being completely replaced (I've had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.
