Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards
