Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. Andrew contacted me almost immediately after posting my job. He arrived at the agreed time was nothing short of FANTASTIC! He fixed the problem with my boilers overflow pipe and left the area around the boiler spotless; he even fixed my toilet paper holder. I would have no problem in recommending Andrew to anyone.

This was a relatively small job, fixing a new fire, surround and mantlepiece. A new cowl and chimney pot was also fitted. The work was done on time, within budget, and we were impressed by the way the work was carried out, the attention to detail (including clearing up afterwards) and by the knowledge and expertise shown. We would use the same firm again, if required.

James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.

Sean has done an excellent job in replacing my combi-boiler. He responded very promptly to my request for an estimate which was by far the fairest out of 4 local tradesmen. He's a pleasant, polite young man and a VERY hard worker--didn't even stop to drink his cups of tea !! I am recommending him to all my friends.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x
