Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Pleasant enough, but had the job completed in 5 minutes, using a peice of waterproof tape. He charged £160 for the job, which I thought was a bit excessive. I could have done it myself for the price of a roll of tape. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, which I was grateful for.
