Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Great job from start to finish. Work took 4 days. Removed old gas warm air system from my 3 bedroom house and replaced with modern gas central heating. All waste removed and left clean and tidy. Well done. No problems with the systems thus far (1 yr. on). Very happy.

Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
