I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

After 10yrs working for my Dads Company firstly as a Plumber then after 5 yrs Got my Gas qualification. A little over 4 years after that, I made the Step to Work for myself and be my own Boss, and Now my eldest son is now also training to be a plumber and renewables specialist. I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
Am a qualified professional plumber for over 15 years and has experienced so much in the work and it all came from the bad I encountered, and because have learned so much I don’t repeat myself making mistakes. A few examples of the work I do are, bathroom fittings, floor laminates, laying of tiles, partitions and toilet drains. All of these achievements are the result of my years of efficiency and hard work. I have nvq level 2 in plumbing and am taking a gas engineering course . My focus here is to take orders from clients, complete them professionally and do whatever is necessary to complete them within the agreed time
