We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. We asked kwh to tender for the job described and their price was competitive with the other contractor approached (not Limesphere). It was awkward closing down the MRI Scanner unit to carry out these works, so kwh suggested carrying out the work over a weeekend, which suited both parties. The work was carried out neatly and in a professional manner, with back-up to ensure everything worked as a result of the modifications. We will be asking kwh to quote for further works and would recommend them.
