John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Tommy responded swiftly to the advert and was helpful throughout the process, advising on a suitable sink replacement and fitting to a high standard at a time that was the most convenient to us. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

Nicholas managed to fix an issue that I was beginning to think wouldn't be possible as I have had 2 plumbers previously look into it. He was reliable, well spoken and charged fairly for the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly plumber.

Dennis gave us a reasonable quote for fitting and supplying internal doors throughout the house. He was prompt, worked hard whilst maintaining a clean environment ie clearing all sawdust and debris. Will definitely be usingDdennis again!! Would recommend him to anyone who, like us, had never used trades people before

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. I already have them lined up for another big job later in the year. Most highly recommended.

Dominic has done a beautiful job on our bathroom, completely gutted the old one and installed everything new, paying attention to all the finer details. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!
