Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Gareth and his team were amazing and professional throughout. He was very knowledgable regarding the options available to us. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. The amount you have mentioned is wrong and I have the invoice dated 11th March 2015 to prove it. So, in effect what you quoted and what you took from me was way way higher and you will say anything to justify that now.

I find with being. A heating engineer as well it enables me to carry out all the work apart from the electrical Which speeds the job up
