This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.
