Warmserve Services Ltd is a local company offering a wide range of heating, plumbing and electrical services that was founded in 2011. We are a team of 24 heating engineers/plumbers and 12 electricians, serving customers in all SA & CF postcodes. We are small enough to offer a personal service but large enough to carry out work quickly and efficiently. We operate a 24 hour service for emergencies for all customers domestic and commercial. The company is run from our office in Llansamlet, Swansea where we have a small admin team of 8 that deal with all enquiries and manage all jobs. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work has seen the business grow from one man in a van to a recognised and respected heating and electrical company in South Wales which covers over 70% of heating home emergency claims. Warmserve covers all plumbing and mechanical services for domestic & commercial, Gas, LPG, Oil, Solid Fuel, Renewables, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Drainage, Bathroom Installations and plumbing maintenance. Warmserve are able to accept credit & debit cards and also finance. It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
