Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Amazing service kept in constant contact up to and after the job was completed. Offered advice and reassurance whilst working at the property, highlighting and talking through any issues without making a sales pitch to increase work just fixed it.

Absolutely lived this company and the lads who work for the boss Paul. Great price. An amazing job and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. Professional. Clean. Respectful and helpful in getting the job done to an amazing standard. Not many trust worthy builders out there but Paul and his team aren't one of them. Very nice people, thorough work. Had some snags but not surprising given it is a 1930s house with some bizarre wiring, but they took it all in their stride.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Andy & Jack arrived when they said they would, very friendly & clean working tradesmen. We can’t thank them enough for accepting our job, we had been trying a while for someone to take out our old water tank We now have extra room for our grandchildren’s toys.
