They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Ian provided a prompt quote and completed the work required to a high standard, including dealing with the inevitable hiccups without a problem. It's lovely to have non leaking toilets! He was punctual, courteous and cleared up after himself. Would recommend him.

Used JR Heating for full replumb and installation of new boiler and gas, on 5 bed house. Also installing new bathroom suite, and tiling. Joe was polite, helpful, flexible, and aproblem solver. Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). I was happy for Joe to be in the house while I was out and he provided regular updates to me. Would strongly recommend for all plumbing/heating jobs.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.
