I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Appeared knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem & some of what he said had been said to me before, so I knew he was being truthful. Once the job was completed, my radiators were so hot, I could feel the heat from across the room which hadn't happened since I bought the house!!
