Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”

No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.
