Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Living over 200 miles from my mum I was nervous about sending a stranger to her house to do a few jobs. Darren was courteous parient and so easy to work with I will be using him again. He cemented 3 loose paving stones, fixed the front door that wouldn't open, installed a cat flap and a key safe. Most importantly he rejected a job that needed a skilled roofer.
