Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Theo and Wesley on my back garden. They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. Unprofessional and didn't listen to instructions. Was not on time and unprepared for the enormity of the job. Job on the back was satisfactory but desimated the front so that it was worse than when he started. Didn't cut the grass and wiped out most of the shrubs and flowers we had growing in the garden. Did not weed the flower beds or edge the lawn in the front. Overall we will not be having him back to maintain the garden.
