We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.
