Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.
Joey was great, nice to deal with and put in a solid day's work.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Danny enough. He surpassed my expectations and did an amazing job. He built a "master peice" of a sandstone retaining wall which matched my house and salvaged my drive way. My front of house looks a million dollars. Danny is a perfectionist but very relaxed at the same time. A+
