Kieran and his team did an excellent job renovating our unloved and overgrown back garden into a contemporary, stylish haven. It’s now beautifully paved, with gorgeous steps, flower beds, and fencing. The team worked incredibly hard in all weathers and were friendly and polite throughout. We’re a small company based in the cardiff area, 20 years experience in the electrical industry. We take pride in what we do and offer a wide selection of services in electrical installations.
Kurtis did a good job (although we had to repeatedly chase work cert) and so invited him for further work Dec 2024. Again work excellent but an outside PIR light he fitted failed to work correctly. In spite of numerous texts to him re the faulty light and again lack of cert he has failed to repair it and simply ignores further contact. All very well doing good work and appearing to be a nice guy but follow up is appalling. Will never use him again, not trustworthy. Don't trust that he will return to correct

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!
