Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Aaran's work was first class. He installed wall panels, new vanity unit and wc unit. He went above and beyond what the job was supposed to be going a far as picking me up and taking me to select the goods needed to complete the job as I don't drive. Can''t recommend him enough. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.
