Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.
