ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

We haven't actually started the job yet but we've seen examples of his work and are in no doubt that he will be doing a good job. Very friendly and professional and got back to us with a quote and information extremely quickly.

I would highly recommend Simon, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable & externally skilful. Simon completed some adaptations to my kitchen. We agreed a price (very reasonable) booked the work in which Was completed in good time and he cleaned up afterwards! Nothing was too much trouble, I will be recommending to friends and Family.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

First class job of our fencing and building of our chicken enclosure. David was reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He also didn't charge the earth but gave a very fair price in my opinion. We would definitely use his services again.

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. We would highly recommend him and if we have any further works we will definitely get him in to do them. We received a few quotes and Jons was very fair. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Work has now been completed by Richard. An excellent job as so many alterations were needed to get to the finish line. So very pleased and would highly recommend Richard. We have asked Richard to come back to do a further job for us when he is free to do so.

I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls

Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job. Any complications found were quickly dealt with and no extra charge was added. We would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Construction.
