Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Wayne Reardon is a very polite, considerate and accomplished tradesman. He listened to us during the entire process of quoting right up to the end of the job. The transformation that he has made happen is exactly what we had wanted. Wayne treated us and our home with respect and kindness. Very quick to get in contact. We had some damage to some rendering on our old house. Job successfully carried out at a good price. Extra jobs done with no quibble. Very helpful and excellent workmanship. Would be very happy to recommend to anyone.

Very friendly, courteous and quick to respond. I used Garion for grouting of my shower and have already used him for plastering my ceiling. Both jobs were done to a very high standard and with short notice. Highly recommended

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.
