We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Ray did an exceptional job decorating several rooms in our grade 2 listed property. Each room required fairly extensive preparation which he undertook meticulously over a period of time. This was followed by the use of oil based undercoat and oil based satin paint for the woodwork which is the preferred option for a more durable effect on woodwork. The end result was first class and undertaken at a highly competitive rate. I will be using Ray again and I am confident that future clients will be delighted
