AVOID this trader at all costs. I hired Fresh Coat Decorators in February to paint my 3-bedroom house and deeply regret this decision. Despite their assurances, unsightly ceiling patches remain visible after completion. Door paint is already peeling badly. They failed to paint agreed areas in the garage and window interiors, then completely ignored my calls and messages with photographic evidence of their incomplete work. Their craftsmanship is poor and their customer service non-existent.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well
