I have been Decorating since undertaking an apprenticeship 20 years ago, I now own and run D.W Decorating. We engage in all aspects of Decorating, including; residential, commercial, industrial, insurance work, new build's and redec's to a high standard.
I was very happy with the work that Daniel did for me. It was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. I felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job and he cleaned up properly when he had finished. Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.
