Delta Property & Maintenance Ltd is a local company providing high quality projects and work for every client. Being highly reputable and trusted is Delta's main mission. It is important to keep this reputation as it's the best way for a business to grow organically in a sustainable way. High quality workmanship, service and ethical standards are among the hardest to prove to clients when you are working in the construction industry as there are a lot of people which come and go trying to make the "quick buck". That isn't where I am taking Delta Property and will be looking to constantly improve this and many other factors during my time in this industry within the local area. Transparency, punctuality and polite service will be provided and a competitive price will always be given to every client on every job. My experience within the construction industry has been for 10 years dealing with small & large client based work and also property development. Property Development has been my main line of work from small flat refurbishments to large renovations and luxury new builds. I have worked with a close group of sub-contractors for most trades over the last 10 years. and will happily continue to use them to provide the highest quality of finish. I also project manage and work on every job from start to finish to ensure that the quality and standards are met for the client. Also that any questions asked by the client can be directly and truthfully answered by myself. I am currently moving towards a 50/50 split between property development and client based private work in order to diversify the company and maximise Delta's chances to progress further in years to come. In my education I have achieved 3 A levels, A degree in Business & Management at Nottingham University and an HNC in Construction & The Built Environment at Bournemouth & Poole College.
