Delighted with Jamie's work . Hall and landing painted . Jamie came and gave us a quote . Once we had decided to hire Jamie he arranged a date and as agreed turned up . Job was carried out with no fuss and are pleased with the result . We will be using Jamie in the future .

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

we needed one wall plastered, and Mark gave me a great quote, he als recomended having the rest of the kitchen plastered too. So glad we took his advice. First time we've had smooth walls, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Mark quote was prefect, he turned up on time, got on with the job, and left the place spotless. Hired Daniel to paint the fence and shed. Great comms from the start and a good price. Turned up on time and worked diligently all day, leaving everything tidy when done. Have already asked him back for some other work and would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work done by HQ home improvement (Martin & Marek). From the initial quote to the final clean-up, everything was top-notch.
