Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.
