In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

Woukd like to recommend woziack to anyone. He’s just done a fantastic job on my full bathroom refit. Did it while I was on holiday so came back to a fantastic new bathroom. Super impressed with the service! Tyson Construction were able to help me with waste removal in a house. They had availability within 24 hours, were on time picking up the keys and cleared the house out within a day. Communication was excellent, super competitive on pricing and they stuck to the original quote. Very grateful for their help!

Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.
