We engaged with Patrick at Rose Paving to improve a desperately unkempt pathway in our rear garden. From his initial attendance to quote and then throughout the pre-works period, the standard of communication and planning were top notch. Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. They tiled and fitted a new shower, taps and flooring in my bathroom nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my home and worked very hard to finish in a short space of time. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
