Excellent job by Wayne. Friendly, helpful and good advice on first visit to quote, a good price. On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Wayne left the job clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Carl did several jobs for me: 1)waste removed from the Airey. 2)re-pointed brickwork in the top corners of the Airey. 3) Fill in gaps in the outside sill of the bay window. 4) replaced the original middle piece of the grating covering the vacant middle of the Airey with a piece of tarpaulin because there is a window there for the cellar.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

As promised arrived exactly on time, job done to a very high standard. Matt covered all flooring, the job was completed in the time Matt originally gave us, he made a great job of cleaning up after Matt had finished plastering my ceiling and taking away the old ceiling. Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent.
