Graham contacted me via telephone, I found his manor very pleasant and professional, he arranged a convienant time to visit the same day. He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

UNI-F. LTD were exceptionally quick to make contact and arrange a visit to assess the extent of the work and quote on it (in this instance, re-wiring). The electrician was very pragmatic and helpful and usefully, was qualified to certify his own work. He was well presented and respectful of the house, and also competitively priced.
