Taps fitted and pipe work corrected very well. Water running better than before. Got me out of a fix on Christmas Eve as well.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

I recently had some window renovation done by Robert. And have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation. Robert turned up on time, very polite and easy to deal with and hugely knowledgeable . He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. There are other jobs on my property and Robert is my 'go to...'
