Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. The initial quote was surprisingly low. As our house is very old, and has a variety of pipework, there was an initial problem which had not been anticipated. The final bill was higher, but it was apparent why.
