Hello, My name is Mark, the past 10mths I have been working for a facilities maintenance company in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The guys worked on my sizeable kitchen extension in Ballyhackamore and despite all the hassles with covid they got it finished up really quickly and it was a very tidy job. I needed my shower fixed so contacted rated people within a few minutes of doing this I got a call from Steven.he then arranged to call out to check it out for me. Within the hour. I was sure I needed a new shower but he checked it and I only needed a pull cord and a new fuse. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone great job thanks for saving me the price if a new shower

Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Scaffolding materials have been left on my property since February, and it's now June. I've reached out several times via phone and text, but they still haven’t come to collect them. I had hoped for better communication and follow-up. This has been quite inconvenient, and I’d really appreciate it if the matter could be resolved soon
