1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Extremely happy with the services provided by ACL. Not only has the communication the whole way through been exceptional but also before even being instructed to do the works I had numerous communications with them to work out the best way to do our garage conversion do discuss legal requirements and cost savings. Justin was an absolutely star, sourcing all.the materials, fitting a large walk in shower screen and charging a fair rate. open, honest and a quick worker. just wish I'd found him sooner! he even left us a tube of bathroom sealer for free! highly recommended.

I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value. He arrived when promised and communication from him was good and he called back when promised. I was impressed by him and plan to use him for a big job in the future.
