Owen is a nice guy and seems to know what he is doing. Completed my emergency job promptly on arrival but it only turned out to be a few minutes work so on reflection I felt like his charge was extortionate. He subsequently never provided any invoice or receipt to confirm the work done, despite several requests and reminders for over a year. Also never completed quote for family after I recommended him for their house. Disappointed as I was originally going to retain him as a contact for future projects.

Paul was easy to deal with and gave us a comprehensive list of materials that were adhered to. He turned up when he said he would and his estimate of time for the job was spot on. Furthermore, his price changed slightly upwards but as a result of more work that was totally in line with the other work so all good. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Did not get this company to do my job..could not in honesty let someone come to my house to do a job who didn't want to look at, or measure anything but knew it would cost £800 To do it...absolutely ridiculous, but not the only company on this site who try it on.
I am a carpenter/plumber based around northwest London. I do first and second fix carpentry and plumbing, have extensive experience in most aspects of construction. I generally specialise in kitchen/bathroom installs and flooring jobs. I have ten years + experience within the industry. I hold an NVQ level 2 in carpentry and an NVQ level 3 in installation maintenance and utilisation of natural gasses and on site experience of other trades.

Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Very pleased with the workmanship standard. Very reasonable rates and a reliable chap. Would definitely use him again.
