He first took the time to understand the issues via a call, photos, and video clips, and arrived well prepared with the parts he anticipated might be needed. There were multiple issues to fix. Due to parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed over multiple visits, yet he honoured the original fixed quote. He was highly efficient, and very thorough in his work. I could cry. Don't pick him, I coukd have done this better myself. This man caused a weeks worth of mess for us to put right. He got paint on windows, tiles in kitchen and all surfaces in kitchen. Terrible decorater... We wasted a week and our money. He does like a tea break though, so if you do have him. Keep a close eye on him.
