Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Jim’s Electrical Services
