I am very well pleased with Malcolm from the start. He turned up on time to assess the problem and advised from the start the total amount including labour that will cost me to fix the hot water. He kept me updated as he bought the parts . He was transparent and managed the work in a less disruptive way. He and his colleague were very professional and did an excellent job. They even fixed a non-visible problem at no charge. I have recommended them to few of my friends and will recommend them again .

Power flushed radiators, they had been slow heating up. Installed a filter to keep radiators free of debris. Now we have hot radiators very quickly.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. What can I say about dean and his colleagues.
