R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a new bathroom, new down stairs toilet, new boiler and pipe work. ensuite shower room. the bathroom and shower room were tiled, also new out side drainage. the work was excellent thanks Holton plumbing and your team.

Removed a radiator prior to a new conservatory being built. Then a new radiator to be installed at a later date. No money demanded until the job is fully completed.

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

Carl was simply superb,I need say nothing else! He re-piped my system and fitted a new boiler. The quality was outstanding. Carl has high standards which is reassuring when hiring a tradesperson. We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.
