Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. Steve arrived very prompt, started job, had a few issues to overcome and did so in a very professional manner. Cleaned up after and performed our job to the highest standard. I will be using Steve from now on for all our gas jobs and check ups.

This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. Thank you for an excellent job Craig and Nathan.

Trevor was very polite, friendly and helpful the price was very reasonable far less then British Gas he responded quickly and arrived on time. However I have given job to someone who was recommended to me and I have seen the finished job he could also start on Tuesday for me. Thank you Trevor.

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.
