Dan gave a quote and completed the job very well. Toilet flush improved after Dan improved the installation with an improved isolation and flush valve. He is clearly experienced and reliable. He also improved a second toilet on a further visit and diagnosed the problem with the third toilet in my parents house. This week he is replacing that final toilet with a new one. He did two excellent jobs, gave up front quotes, stuck to the price and was punctual and polite.

I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
