Zlatko was brilliant. I made the initial contact for the work to be carried out at my sons' house. My son had just had a wood burning stove installed (it was a wedding present from my wife and myself) Obviously, there was a good deal of making good that needed doing. A fire surround and cast iron grate had to be removed. Once contact was made with Zlatko it was all systems go. He turned up on time to give a quote which was very competitive. He turned up the next day and did a super job.

An excellent response and turn around time, I had an issue with a cemented and corroded old pipe, Louis replaced and sealed it all back after going to collect the correct part form a local trader. He also advised me on future renovations and showed me images of work before and after. I will be booking him again...Thanks!

Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

I have no reservations about recommending Harry from World of Water. His service was excellent and confirms other reviews posted about him, which I used for basing my choice of tradesman on. Omar’s work is outstanding. He is reliable and has a fantastic eye for details and overall aesthetic as an experienced painter and decorator. I had him paint my kitchen and he went over and beyond expectations ! After he discovered that the walls of dining area in the kitchen were not an ideal state, he put in extra effort to make good on it at no extra cost. I am over the moon with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend him. I can guarantee you will not regret it!
