Daniel arranged our job quickly and easily at a very competitive price. He kept us fully informed at each stage of the process what was happening and when. Good quality workmanship. Would have given 5 stars but the colour of the harling is slightly darker than the other walls, however, we appreciate that it is very difficult to get an exact match, so would say 4.5 or 4.75 stars, rather than 4. Fantastic service overall, would definitely recommend without hesitation and would use again.

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

Had Grant quote for laying 3 rooms with carpet and underlay and 2 rooms with vinyl. Grant was extremely helpful and knowledge and a very competitive price. I had booked a date but needed it brought forward at rather short notice but that was no problem for Grant. He organised everything and arrived on time, was professional and had the flooring laid in a great time, his assistant was polite and professional too. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.
Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too.
