Jon re-skimmed our kitchen wall after the tiles left gaping holes in the wall when they were removed. He did a good job and was very clean and tidy, which is a godsend. A nice chap.

Great job done by the team. I had two loft hatches replaced and new ladders supplied. They arrived earlier than expected and got the job done. It was clean, professional and overall an excellent job. Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.

They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Don't be put off if you are a distance away from where Bill is based as Arbiter Coatings travelled a long way to us and had other jobs in our area, We can see why these guys are in high demand.
