Our Property Division also offers a man and a van solution. We also have a project team that carries out kitchen/Bathroom/installations and refurbishments. Our apprentice trained Electricians/Tradesmen are part P/city& guilds Qualified and hold the current wiring regulations 17th edition. We Have 30 years of experience in the Electrical/Property services industry.

The front of the house was a mess ,we were a bit worried as we usually use someone we know or has been used by someone we know, but the guys did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.The front of the house looks amazing and they even cleaned everywhere

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.
